REFUNDS

Refunds for double orders or any other reason take about 5 - 10 days to process depending on your bank.

All Rhinestone items like most of the items on our site must be washed inside out on COLD and set out to hang dry.

FREQUENT CHECKOUT ERRORS

Credit cards may be declined due to a multitude of reasons. A common problem is that sometimes the billing address is NOT the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. You may also need to double check the credit card number and the CVV number of your card.

Shirts run true to size

Shirts - Wash before wear. Wash in cold water, inside out to protect and reduce excessive contact with other clothes.

Tumble dry on low heat to prevent damaging or deforming prints.

Hats - Store your hats away from direct heat, direct sunlight, and moisture. If cleaning is necessary use a soft bristle brush with cold water and detergent. Air Dry
